the jolt have no date duh final release like AJ Told me Just need more patient i am busy now with the 324 build i have all item's working all npc corretly spawned for lumbridge and varrock so var :D now i am just wating for ohter server builds that Aj will release them the server is compelete 

Sorry to break it to you but build 324 already came with almost all the correct NPC spawns.

the build is an part of the whole server SO YOU CAN CODE SOME OF YOUR OWN.
the source code is still under construction.

You cannot learn to 'code on your own when your resources are limited to the scripts. You need either the older source code or the newest source code, to be able to learn anything.

i fixed allot of npcs and im working on all equip IDs now.
objects you can make yourself.
a frend of mine who never coded can do it.
just type .coords and then fill them in with the correct object id.
if you dont know that go play runescape servers incase of making your own

What you are saying is not coding, it is merely filling a database. If the source code was released, I would be able to write code to dump all the information that you are manually filling in.

thats coding aswel filling in but because its MySQL its easier.
AJ stays on 666.
if you know what an revision is then you know he can make it complete.
the dumb is also not coding.
dumpers is easy to make and downloadable so no coding aswel.

Actually the correct term of professional coding is programming. Which I do. Even if AJ stays on the same revision, there are over a hundred things to program. I think AJ and Mangi deserve a break once in a while and with more contributers (because of the open source release) he will have more of those breaks. He has set up the foundations of a great server and program. He can either decide to finish it on his own, or let the community do part of the job.
